I can't get in a match

I've been getting failed to connect to the game session, please try again.  ever since I got a new Internet Box  3 days ago, and I don't know if the EA servers are down because I haven't seen nothing about it, also all regions come up unavailable, I tried the multiplayer options multiple times but I still can't get in a match I'm on the PS4 version of Plants vs Zombies garden warfare 2

I was about to post the same thing. I have absolutely no problems on Xbox, but I get the problem that you're getting on PS4.
