I can’t connect to the ea servers for nhl 21

That seems to be the problem.
No issues when playing nhl20.
Just tried...
For the record: your power cycle voodoo never works.
To be honest: Game is good but the online performance is rock bottom. No offense, just an opinion.

When we get NHL what Works. Its not so hard. If you dont get blue screen then servers are down. Same issues than nhl20

The servers were down for an update. However, if you're on PS4, we're aware of server issues and investigating them.

1. I am in the same boat as the rest! I just purchased the game, restored my licenses, rebooted router, as well as powered down my ps4. Maybe I should have stayed away from this title like I have for the past 2 years...

Did you unplug your console, router and modem when you restarted?

Hi

I am having the same issue on the xbox series x.

If i power everything off then switch on router first then power on xbox it works but if i switch games and come back to nhl 21 same issue.

All other games are working except nhl 21

Surely you dont expect us to power down our routers and console every time we want to play nhl 21

I'm playing on a Series X as well and haven't experienced this and I'm not seeing other reports on it. We'll keep an eye out for it for sure. Are you playing on an external hard drive by chance? We've heard about some issues with external hard drives and the new consoles in general. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling it or moving it to the internal hard drive if it's on an external one?

Will look into it and let you know how i get on. I have an external drive which was used on my xbox one x so maybe thats the problem.
