I can't connect to EA server when I enter the game using steam platform.

    When I log in using Steam, my game can't connect to EA server. But you can log in and play origin. Other accounts can use Steam to log in and play games. Only this account can use the source. Every time you log in with Steam, the interface compiles the shader first. Then it keeps circling and matching. Then it shows that you can't connect to EA server.

    This situation has been going on for more than a month, and various methods have been tried without any solution.
