I can't change my password.

I've been trying the whole day to log in SWTOR but I couldn't because I don't remember my password.

 

I've also tryed to reset it, but the website is giving me an error everytime I press on Submit button. I write my Display Name, New Password, Confirm New Password and Security Code and then... "An error has occurred."

 

The website gives me a "LOGIN FAILED" and no matter if I write a random name and password. allways "LOGIN FAILED"

 

No matter what I do. I just can't log in, change my password or do anything.

I've call them and Paul L. fixed it!

 

The problem was the Security Key. It was like a conflict or something and after he removes it I was able to change my password and log in again perfectly!

I've contact with EA and they can't help me (Sending me to talk with Origin)

I've contact with Origin and they can't help me either (Telling me to contact ingame sending a ticket)

 

Looks like I've lost my account and nobody can't help me.

 

I was thinking on create a new account and send a ticket, but you can only do that if you're PREMIUM

EA/Origin cant help with swtor issues they should of directed you to call swtor CS (Link to numbers)

They will help me if I call from Spain to UK? English is not my mother language so it can be a mess.

 

I don't know how my account can be lost in a few months since my last gameplay.

Yes they will help you get back into the account

 

If you have someone that can speak English better, they can talk on the phone as long as you are there to provide the security answers to verify you are the account holder.

Can't access my account

Can't Access my account. I log in With correct username and password. i also use Security key. Everytime i try to log in, it sais "login failed".

Could you try and leave the security key blank when you're logging on? If you still get the login failed error message with just your Display Name and Password, that'll mean the password is incorrect.

Make sure you're typing it out manually and not using an auto-fill feature.

For me, it's apparently my security key, the exact same one that lets me log into the game just fine.
