I can’t add in Crossplay

my husband has pc and i been trying to play with him I have (PS4) however when we add each other None of us receive an invite. I try to restart the ps4 etc and nothing. He used to play ps4 with the same username however I erased him just to see if that was the problem and still nothing.

Hi @lovelySKA, 

Are you and your husband's accounts both connected to the same EA Account? If so, I'm afraid that you wouldn't be able to send an invite. It's not possible to invite accounts that are connected to the same EA Account for cross-play.
