I can run gta v on full graphics better

its either me or its the game, i can run gta v on ultra and very high settings better than this game, is it me or is it because this game had an update and it just came out, or is it my pc, any suggestions?

And your point? The fact that a 6 year old game that has superior graphics, large popular of inteligence entities pathfinding at all times and a much bigger world runs smoother than apex is embarassing.
