I bought ea access for playing nfs heat but isnot available on ea access

Please do something and solve this problem,  yeah its a problem for EA 😕

Heat is only available on EA Access as a Play First Trial.

If you wish to cancel and EA Access subscription:

If you are on PS4:

1. From your PlayStation 4, navigate to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [PlayStation Subscriptions].
2. Select the EA Access subscription you want to cancel.
3. Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.

Xbox:

1. Log in to account.microsoft.com.
2. Click Services & subscriptions.
3. Click Payment & billing under EA Access.
