I made a purchase on the cartel market and I did not receive my items. It did not show up in my unclaimed items or in the purchasing characters inventory and it hasn't shown up in the mail. i checked to see if the race had been unlocked on purchase but i do not own it. i have lost 600 CC and did not receive my purchase. Great way to get back into this.

I have checked your transactions and it looks like the failed transaction is refunded now

Just to confirm after the purchase it did not show up in unclaimed items for the same character you made the purchase? Was any error received after the purchase was made? If you still don't have the item on the character it was purchased on you can email support@swtor.com to see if they can either grant the item or refund your cartel coins.
@EA_Kat do you see anything on your end?

Im sorry forgot to mention the error code i was bummed out it was error code 16

I bought 2 races in cartel market (in-game), Cathar and Togruta, and dont appear in inventory and neither nowhere, please help! (With my Twi´lek character "Driblu")

Hi I require some assistance. I'm a non subscriber who has had money stolen from me by this game. I bought the legacy field respec thinking I needed it to respec just to find out that I don't. Sucks i bought it w/e main issue is it took my money but I didn't receive the field respec it's not unlocked and It's not in my unclaimed items. So i'm not sure what to do I can't contact EA in anyway so how do I either get my money back which I prefer since I don't need it or how do I receive my item. Any help would be appreciated.

Support@swtor.com says to go to help.ea.com which in turn tells me I must be subscribed to get help otherwise it just sent my here.
