I am very angry about EA's behavior of ignoring players！
I am very angry at EA's behavior of ignoring players! I didn't cheat or use BUG! But EA banned my account! Why? The answer I get is no reason!
I despise EA! Don't respect players! I spent 200 dollars on this game!! Why do I cheat????

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts. You will need to reach out to them to have this looked into if you believe there's some sort of a mix-up there and the rules weren't broken. To reach them, fill out the webform. They'll get back to you via email so be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folders...sometimes the emails can be routed through to there).
