I've been trying to get the help desk to help me for days. They told me to go to google for help. I bought a brand new tablet and when I install SWGOH no matter what I do I am COT2980 which is not my account and I can not sign out of it. I've factory reset this tablet multiple times. I created a new google play ID just to see if I could get rid of it and nothing works. Is there any solution to this problem?

I'm  having the same issue. And help center is telling me that my original is linked to my Google play account. All I'm getting is "you must be logging into the wrong one. Log into the right one and your game will come up"

 

No, I  only have one Google play account, that's not the problem. I'm kinda miffed

@BlacknGold26 I took a look at your account and can see that an adviser asked you to contact us back requesting a chat or callback so that they can verify your account and help you from there. 

 

If everything you log in with your credentials you end up in the wrong account it may be a case that you have linked a new game when you reinstalled the game.

I did contact support and they created a case and nothing ever happened.. seeing that multiple people are having the same issue and being logged into the same account (cot2980) I have to assume this isn’t a problem from my end... I have to say I am really at a loss here.. I got a new phone and was going to transfer my main account to it but at this point had to go back to my old phone so I could still log on.. I missed out on some raids because of this

I was in contact with support. I'm not technically illiterate, it took me going through four different advisors before finding one that understood what i was saying, and wasn't just dismissing me with "you're logging into the wrong account". I wasn't. The fourth advisor managed to see that for some reason, both accounts were associated with my Google play account, and got rid of the one that I didn't want. So my issue has been resolved
