I Have To Leave The Party After Every Game

Hi 

Every time I play a game of apex I have leave my squad  and rejoin them to able to play a game with them I uninstall  the game twists to see if it would fix it but it hasn't could you please get this sorted  because it really annoying that I have to do this every time
