I Got a Glitched out abandonment penalty For Ranked In Apex

I Have a 430 hour abandonment penalty and I think it’s a glitch because I havnt left any games prior and when I died in the game I didn’t leave the ranked match all my teammates died and left the game normally after you die please I hope I can get this lifted so I can hit Diamond this season and didn’t go afk
