I Got Banned From Apex Legends For No Reason

I played apex saturday or sunday and got email that i got banned for cheating i made a case can someone help me i really want to play this weekend and don't want to lose the battle pass

If you've already created an appeal, our Terms of Service team will review the situation and account and reach back out via email once they've completed their investigation.
