I GET DISCONNECTED ONCE EVERY 5 GAMES

I play on pc and all my servers are updated, but I have this thing that happens to me where like every 5 games or once a hour my internet cuts out and I get kicked from my Apex game.my internet cuts out for like 2seconds and is reconnected no problem. My internet provider says its not the internet but something to do with the game. PLEASE HELP!
