I GET BLACK SCREEN AND NO SOUND

after new update my game only goes into black screen no sound nothing please help

i have the same problem, and the fact that my black screen uses 77% cpu to give me that black screen not the best start to purchasing a new game

Here i have same trouble!
it's not first i have trouble with NFS games ... 
Why you conntinue to make trouble years after years?
I play over 100+ games and only EA games have troubles!!!

What is your solve about that?
