I Can't buy star pass or FP in game

Hello!

I am new to this game and i am wondering how do i buy star pass? Or fifa points?

First 2 screen shots are from my game and one screen shot is from my friends game (where he can clearly buy it as he has those tabs and I don't).

i am using ios, and i tried already also on android device. I have also tried on my friends phone and it is the same, no tabs in the store and my friend tried his account on my phone and it works fine..). I uninstalled game many times, did all the updates, followed all the advices from in game customer support. Now they suggested to open a case with ea as this is a bug and ea community managers or EA officials should have a look into it.

anyone has an idea on how to reach them?

it is a bit anoying as i already missed first pass and the libertadores pass.. and now another one will be gone soon..
