Hyperdrive bundle purchase

I purchased the hyperdrive bundle pack and seemed to receive all items except the character shards.  Why is that?  The bundle description didn’t state it would only supply character shards if I didn’t have that character.  I had them all and a huge reason I bought the pack was to get those shards for the store.

The Hyperdrive Bundle does not contain shards. Characters are merged with the pre-existing ones in the player's roster. This is stated in the pack information in-game (see screenshot below).
