Hola!

I'm unable to play The Sims Moile since yesterday and the Xmas treasure hunt is almost over..

I have fast wifi and at least 6GB of free space.. I tried restarting my phone, I clean the cacher regularly, ad it doesn't wanna load..  What do I do? I'm afraid to lose process if I reinstall it (that happened to me before). There was no problem until I bought th third floor and now that the license time has passed and I was supposed to build that floor, the game doesn't work. The plumbob is spinning for hours and hours and nothin'.

Can somebody give me a piece of advice since I cannot contact EA for this game (idk why it's not possible)?
