How to toggle between bold and unbold in post titles [ Edited ]

I’m wondering how to toggle between bold and unbold in my post titles. I keep trying to keep the title offset in bold but I don’t seem to be able to.

@CharlieDaisy12 The title appears bold when there is a new reply you haven't read.

@SalixCat Oh ok. Do you know why it’s inconsistent? I find I tend not to see the unbolded ones as well, which is why I’d like to have bold if I could. I’d like to have the best possible shot at everyone seeing my post, just in case they have a similar issue. That way I might have a better chance at having it prioritized.
