No no, they send me the email stating the case is closed and i am missing information. Ive talked to EA and they state that they cant close my old email because i cant verify a game i purchased under it. 15 years ago. So now i cant play anything online for EA because i dont have access to an email account from 15 years ago that was hacked. EA just sucks. Close the account and everything with it and I will make a new one
