I do not think there is any other way beside using Credit Card to purchase Apex Coins. Maybe in the future there will be another system where you can purchase without using credit card. Who knows?

the only available payment options are credit card / paypal and mycard
i think the EA cash card is viable but its not in the option, is it not available anymore or outdated? tia

you can use paymaya bruv i havent tried it with apex but i bought v bucks using it as it is a virtual visa

No, You can purchase everything and anything in Origin using any kinda of Debit cards in India.!!

Though it says Credit card on the top while at purchase you can just fill in your Debit card details and it should work just fine.

Nope, That's not true I've just purchased Origin access Premier with a debit Card in India.

And which is giving me a 10%off on any of my purchases in Origin which includes Apex coins to.. (10%off)
