Hey everyone,

Jumping in here to clarify a few comments on this topic.

Reinstalling VC++ is not harmful to your PC and is a valid troubleshooting step to do and something we do recommend that you do if you have an issue with games.

If the program is not installed then the game won't run as they are a needed program to run games with.

If you have any questions let me know.

Not reinstalling they said uninstalling versions the game isn't even supposed to be using. Which is bad advice, don't defend it... and as a community manager, too, lol.

I am not going to break older games and C++ dependent programs just to make one new game work, it's not a solution, it's a work around. This is an issue that needs a patch, not a bunch of people farting around with drivers and programming libraries in the forums.

The answer that should have given the GM is:

Do not delete anything from your computer that is related to windows or the operation of the same computer, the problems presented are being verified and as soon as possible we will have a solution.

But for some reason nobody says that, as they expect the problem to solve itself with the patches that will come out in the future.

they only send us again and again the same guide of solutions of problems which is not in it the problem that many of us present.

Not to solve itself, we are providing PC specs so the devs can try and actually find out what the issue is, why do you act like that's some form of advanced magic beyond human comprehension? Maybe you've forgotten, but there was a time when games not only worked without tinkering, but they were released that way to begin with. It's a free game, so it will take time, but, yes, this is something that can and should be fixed in a patch.
