In one week I have 33 messages, and we even not close to start discuss my problem. Those guys, all the time sending me to use this guide - https://help.ea.com/en/help/star-wars/star-wars-galaxy-heroes/how-to-contact-support-for-star-wars-g...
But it's bringing me all the time on the same page, where I created the first case. I tried to create a new case, and I am getting the same answer with, that's I need to use this guide. This is really annoying, maybe there someone can help?
About my main problem. I made purchases in the store twice - https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/, on 09/01 and 09/04 and an error appeared - “it is impossible to continue. The attempt failed. Try again. If the problem persists, use another payment method or try again later"
The money was debited from the card, but the purchase did not appear. In the game, I pressed restore purchases many times and nothing happened. I have two failed purchases in Order History. So I want someone to check it.

Every day person who answer me changing, and I need to start conversation again, and they can't read my case. I am trying to not be angry too much, but the person who manage support department - a character with very low intellectual abilities
We are going forward with support team, it's already 47 message, and yes, they're still sending me not working guide how to create ticket in game, and every morning I am sending new message with my problem..... what joke
