How to get support to talk to me?

I need to contact support about recovering a deleted character. I am not a subscriber and all attempts to contact have been futile so far. Its hard to get people to pay you money, when they ignore you for not paying any money on a free to play game that they are marketing it would seem.

Please help!

Character recovery is a subscriber only service, if you subscribe for 30 days you can submit a ingame ticket to get the character restored, however characters deleted more then 6 months ago are likely not able to be restored.

I've been grinding this character for two years as a free to player. Accidentally deleted it yesterday.
