What to do?

I have problems with my CPU and Apex Legends...

When I try to start game "Apex Legends" its says:

Unsupported CPU

CPU does not have POPCNT!

My CPU is: intel(R) core(TM)2 quad cpu q9550 2.83ghz

Pls someone help, Thanks.
