I just Download The Sims Mobile And on my Touchpad I know how to Zoom but I can't figure to turn my Camera on the Game.

What is a Touchpad?
Zooming in and out should be done with pinching and unpinching your fingers on the screen. 
Turning you can do with swiping your finger on the screen.
