I am deaf. I need the chat option to continue case resolution of my conflict. It's suddenly not showing up in the contact option list. How do I force it to show up? (It was showing up before, not anymore.)

Please create a new support case using the same options that allowed for a Live Chat previously and reference your case number (#42487461) so we can pick up where you left off with the previous Advisor.
