How do I fix inventory not being able to load [ Edited ]

My inventory isn’t able to load so I can’t go online (my gamer tag) xSKY VIPERx

Hey @JUL1AN707  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I’m also having a similar issue. I switched to the Aston Martin and tried to purchase a motor swap, purchase failed over and over and then I couldn’t get into a lobby. I’ve restarted app, power cycled, and everything. Then went to purchase and ultimate+ part, and the purchase went through, then the part disappeared along with over 1 million dollars of my money. I had 2.2m and now only have 900k, no motor, and no part. Someone tell me there’s a fix please. I would hate to have to give this game up after all these hours just because it doesn’t work.
