How do I fix Error: 196613:131086

So I been trying to download this game but keep getting this error(Error: 196613:131086) and have already try all the tips mentioned like reinstall origin clear cache and so on. I just want tp play the game.

I was getting the same error when trying to download a sims 4 game pack and I tried this advice (after all the other stuff on the web) and it worked for me.

Try to reboot your PC and try to enable "Safe Mode Downloading" in Application Settings of Origin.  (Application Settings>>Diagnostics)
