How do I even use answers hq?

I have tried to report a bug using the other form for galaxy of heroes several times on my PC and iPhone. Each time I fill out all the fields and click preview it then shows a submit button. Hitting the submit button does nothing at all. When I did it on my phone it showed I had to fill out the subject field which is a field I don't even see on my PC. After filling this out it still would not let me submit my bug report. I was finally able to do it by going back hitting load and then filling out all the fields again which resulted in a double post.

You have it working here, why not add a comment on the issues. Maybe a player can assist with the issue directly, or tag an admin. Worth a shot since you asked this question.
