I dont have access to the account thats linked with my ps4 but i cant update my email to change accounts.

There is no help.....they either can't fix it or it's an issue with the game.....3 days now and they still haven't done anything for me but refuse to allow me access to my account. Pretty sure I only have one account and it doesn't have the old email Madden is showing....on it. Even the Origin website....shows my current and correct email

Did you ever get access to the game? I have an old email account somehow linked to my console that I haven't used in years. They refuse to simply delete the old account because I'm unable to identify who I am, even though I'm the same guy I was years ago. Or unlock the old account and combine this one with that one... There's a variety of solutions but I've gotten nowhere even after filling out half a dozen of their account access forms. Just wondering if you got in or if EA's solution to you is the same as it is with me: We don't want you as a customer.

I have had this problem ever since I bought this game. @EA_Blueberry got upset at the last thread, threw a temper tantrum and locked the thread. Why can’t EA let us change the email? Pay attention here... MY OLD ACCOUNT HAS AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO. Every single time I fill out that stupid form, your people say it doesn’t match your records and to contact an advisor. When I do, the advisor sends me another form, and again it gets rejected. You seem to claim that we just irresponsibly put in a bogus email and now it’s our responsibility??? Complete garbage company. Fix this for the thousands of customers or lose them all. Your choice, EA.

The email is part of your account security details and required to login. Ideally, owners should have access to that email. We know some customers created accounts a long time ago and either no longer have access to an email, so we have additional account security measures you must pass in order for us to hand the keys over to the account.
Account security is VERY important to us and if the customer cannot pass the additional account verification steps, we are putting the owner's account at risk if we are not 100% sure. I apologize you are having trouble regaining access to that account. If you're not able to regain control of that email nor pass account verification, I would advise playing EA games on another Gamertag or PSN ID going forward.
