How can I get ahold of an absentee Guildmaster?

★★★★★ Newbie
I'm a member of a Guild on Star Wars: The Old Republic and I've recently gotten back into the game and I've had some success with bringing in new members and a lot of them want to start having roleplay events in one of the planets. I can't edit their notes and the Guildmaster seems to have been offline for quite some time. I was wondering if there was a way I can reach out offline through email to the Guildmaster through support? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @JDisselt ;

If a Guild Master is absent for more than 2 months (approximately 2 months) his or her powers will be awarded to the most senior person who has logged in recently. (That's roughly what happened to me once)

Hope it can answer to your question.

Hey, thank you for the response. I was wondering does that happen automatically or will I have to get in touch with EA about it?

To be exact it happens after 28 Days, of no login, or if the Sub expires.

To be on the safe side send him an InGame Mail (all 30 Days).
