House Rules disconnect [ Edited ]

I was playing the house rules event, sitting at 5-0 and playing my sixth game for the TOTY reward.  Up 10-2 in the second quarter I disconnected even though I am on a wired connection and after chatting to support they said it was due to it being a college connection but to post here and see if there is anything I am able to do.  I have a clip of it on twitter.   I was hoping to get this resolved and hopefully get the NAT pack I rightfully deserve
