Hours Spent in EA Chat Rooms, still can’t play FIFA due to unknown host issue [ Edited ]

So after over 8 hours in chat rooms and talking to BT I’m still unable to play FIFA 20, every game has constant lag! This is madness considering I paid £90 for this, no fun and just complete stress, all I want to do is play Ultimate Team 😂 My DNF is shot to **** because it’s unbearable! I’m so frustrated..attachments below with the conversation
