Horrible lag and stuttering after the Roger Roger update

Title says it all.

Yesterday, no lag or stuttering.

Today, hurky-jerky movement and lag-o-liciousness.

Please don't push this back on my machine or my connection or my IP.

All you need to know is... Yesterday - Good, Update drops, Today - Bad.

Hello, not the OP but I am having the same problem just like many other people as you're probably already aware, I'm playing on PC in central Europe and this is currently the only game where I am having trouble with lag and rubberbanding so my internet connection certainly is not at fault.

Same issue here in America on PS4.

I reset my router and restarted the console and application.

I disconnected my PS4 Gold headphones.

The stuttering is horrible...unplayable.  This is true even in arcade mode.

Ejected BF2 and immediately played several rounds of overwatch to compare and played lag-free.

Its not my machine or connection.  

This is why I am tiring of this game.  I cant make it through a single round without the disappointment turning into rage and me just giving up.

Please fix it.
