Hey everyone! I have stopped playing Apex legends completely because not matter what I do I get low fps especially when running around the map and in gun fights. I will get 26-40 FPS out in the open wide parts of the map and even experience some freeze frames. I have other games such as BF5, Gears 5, PUBG, Borderlands 3, Destiny 2, etc. where I get easily 100+ FPS consistently and nothing runs as crappy as Apex Legends. I monitored my temps and CPU/GPU/RAM utilization which are all normal nothing every reaches beyond 60-80% and CPU/GPU temps stay well under 80c. Any ideas or does Apex legends just run poorly on my setup?
GPU: EVGA RTX 2060 SUPER XC
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700 (overclocked to 3.8ghz)
RAM: DDR4 3000 16gb
MOBO: Asus x470 Prime Pro
SSD: Samsung SSD 970 1TB

Troubleshooting steps: DDU removed all GPU drivers did clean install (latest version), updated windows 10 latest, updated latest chipset and BIOS, disabled game mode/DVR/xbox bar, changed all Apex legends graphics settings from low>med>high all the same results, ran Apex Legends on single monitor only (removed dual monitor), Vsync on and off, tried using standby memory cache cleaner, enabled +fps_max unlimited, disabled origin in-game, enabled Nvidia Debug Mode, stopped most background apps, ran full windows defender & malware bytes rootkit system scan all clean.

Try this fix. A lot of people had the same issue.
