Hope you and technician help me ! r5apex.exe code (0xc000007b)

What should I do now?  this message appears when the blue bar loads, i tried everything.

I am waiting for technical support answer , 

r5apex.exe error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)
Everything to refresh the system, I've perfected it and done many ways but still be like that. I have had this problem for 5 days, I have a headache about this, the .NET framework and directx I have updated to the latest version.
Thank you if you showed me how to fix this problem, I've removed and reinstalled it 6 times still not working.
