Holy stuttering

So I just had an issue where I was about to be in a close range gun fight and the game froze for a couple seconds then advanced a few frames stuttered and then I was dead. I have a video but apparently videos are too large to even attach here because I tried and it isn't very long. The main thing is I'm playing on an Xbox One X with the resolution turned all the way down to 720p so really this should never happen unless it's on the server end.
