So, after all these years this bug hasn't been fixed yet, today enjoying my game of SWTOR with my Sith Marauder character I came across it, when I try to use the holoterminal on my ship to continue the mission, Servant One just pops up and stares at me. I tried many different ways, lowering my graphics to very low, spamming space while in the convo, traveling to the planet the mission takes place with no avail, is there any customer service email I can contact to get this fixed aka forward my character in the mission.

Thanks, even though I found it myself until you replied, but it still stands this bug has been around for years now, why is no one doing anything about it?

You could provide a dxdiag per this link that way there is an indication of the affected system on file for reference.

Cheers will flag this with CS for passing back to the studio,
You can try this intel driver utility and see if any newer driver exists for the video card you have as the driver is dated 2014
Few things i noticed in the dxdiag is that technically the system is below the minimum game requirements, but if it starts and plays then it isnt worth worrying about.
The minimum game requirements are listed at http://www.swtor.com/info/faq
Star Wars: The Old Republic requires a video card that has a minimum of 1GB of on-board RAM as well as support for Shader 3.0 or better. Examples include:
Notice the 1gb of on board ram, your card actually only has 32mb on dedicated video ram, and then moves to shared ram, unsure if this has an affect on the game.
Dedicated Memory: 32 MB
Other then that i guess you know to watch the amount of free space on C drive as it is down to 3.6Gb free
these are just my observations from the dxdiag so not an official response in any shape or form or intended to be a solution for what you have found occur with the cutscene.

Yes I am aware that my device is below the minimum requirements, although until now, besides some frame rate drops from time to time, it ran fine for me and every cutscene played out how it should.
