Hit Reg Still Not Consistent

Hit reg has been on of my biggest issues since the start. I find it mostly with the wing man, or if I have a 1x Digital Threat on a weapon like the R-99 or Wing man.

Yesterday I literally put a full clip into a Pathfinder with a 1xDT and R-99 and his body lit up as if he was getting hit but no damage indicators were populating from the hits. He was shooting me with an un-turbocharge havoc with the warm up delay, and I was melted. Very frustrating.
