Hisense 4K Smart TV turns off by itself only when playing Madden 19

Hi,

Recently, my Hisense 4K smart TV turns off by itself ONLY when playing Madden 19. I can play Fortnite or GTA 5 for hours without any problems; however, when playing Madden 19 for a short period of time, my TV turns off randomly. The game is now essentially useless and I feel like I wasted $60. Any help?

Check the power saving features of your TV to see if there is a setting which may be causing this. Maybe your TV is not recognising you are playing and is powering off to save power?
