Highend PC low framerates? [ Edited ]

So i have an insane PC:

CPU: i7 7700k
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1080 X 8GB
RAM: 32GB 2100 Mhz
Motherboard: CANT REMEMBER
Power Supply: 750W
SSD: Samsung EVO 120GB
HDD: 1TB Seagate

I run 1080p

Nomatter what i do i always lag in the maps with alot of buildings Narvik, rotterdam etc.

I have tried everything in the settings, but i have no clue why it runs so bad. My pc is build by pro builders.

anyone having issues aswell?

the game runs at 55 fps at times.

Hey @Lolsdead, is anything overheating or 100% usage in task manager?

Have you tried upgrading to the latest windows 10 version? That solved my issues.
