High ping and latency in game

Me and my friends are experiancing very high ping and latency in game since the start of the new season. The game is virtually unplayable most of the time.

If someone links me the basic troubleshooting steps I'm gonna be furious. I'm an IT support engineer, the problem is with the servers.

I'm playing with two of my friends. We are all in different cities, all using high speed ethernet connection. I have 2Gbps internet, and a high-en PC so the problem is not on our end. We have tried all EU data centers.
