High packet loss

Good day, 
Today I was lagging a lot, when I looked at the servers I saw that I had normal ping, but 50%+ packet loss on EVERY server. Other games are fine and I have a ethernet connection. Is there something I can do on my end to improve the performance?

One thing but not easy is to avoid playing during peak hours evening/weeknd but thats almost impossible.. If you are located on an island or do not have any other isp in your country you can write a complaint
