High Ping in Solo Firestorm (USA)

The last 4 days when I enter the single game mode of a fire storm, I always have a very high ping. (200-215) because of this I can not play normally.
At the same time, when playing in Squad mode, the ping is good.

Although at the time of the announcement and a few days after the announcement, the ping was good.
In other games there are no problems with ping.
What is the problem? What can you recommend?

During the release of firestorm many South American, South African, and Oceania and sus players were having ping issues due to firestorm putting you on NA or EU servers instead of your respected countries servers this issue is being solved South American servers and Oceania servers are already up, if you're still having issues you may have to wait a little longer or if it has been going on for a long time let support know and let them know what region you're currently in. Keep up to date with battlefields twitter and blogs to see if there is also server problems because that may be the case as well.
