High FPS, but game is stuttering and lagging

Hi,

I bought a new 27" 165Hz monitor that I am using as a main display from my RTX2070, i7-9570H laptop.

I had other issues with the monitor (like huge window drag stutter that was fixed by disabling Intel UHD Graphics 630 display adaptor and enabling it), but they are all fixed now and everything runs smoothly, until I tried to play Apex again.

I get around 110+ fps in firing range but it is very laggy and stutters a lot. I have tried changing apex settings as well as my display settings without any luck.

Does anyone have similar issues, for example using a external monitor to play apex with?

The issue is somehow now resolved and unfortunately I cannot give any comprehensive answer as to why if anyone has this similar problem.
