Yup tried a couple of games happens every time, no cursor to show you which character you are on. In one game it bugged out and when I accidentally clicked and returned to character selection screen, not only was there no cursor but I wasn't even able to select anyone it just kept starting me with a random character as it would if no selection was made. This was only when it bugged out. You should be able to change character still, it's just a bit more difficult than it used to be. You need to click in time to return to character select(or you won't be able to) then manually deselect your current character, this will then enable you to select a different one.
