I deleted the app and when I re downloaded it I loaded my save progress but it won't let me do anything because it's making me do the tutorial all over again and it's making me put the buy the starter fridge but I own that already and I'm stuck.

Hi, when you are redownloading usually you have to play through the scenario again for first part then a pop up with two options comes up.  it will ask you if you want to continue with new game (the current version u r playing) or download the previous game save which would be the original version (the first game you played). However this will only happen if you had save game progress active when you were playing originally. You should have activated this when you were originally playing by saving game to your devices game centre, EA, Facebook or Twitter by choosing the option(s) from tapping blue arrow right side screen
