Help regarding support

hey 

Was wondering if anyone can help ive been banned from fifa Marketplace for apparently transferring money however I djdnt even know this was possible and neither have I done this.. 

I have been waiting 13 days for a response from support is there a phone number for supprt? It said 72 hours however ive submitted numerous help requests and nothing back has anyone had this issue ? Its rather frustrating and is rendering my ultimate team useless how can I upgrade my team now ? Buy contracts etc? 

If anyone can provide any more information on contacting support other than this site as evidently this site doesn't seem to work right with getting EA support

The Terms of Service team at http://bit.ly/ContactAccountDisputes are the only ones who can assist in any way with an account that's been actioned.

We cannot assist with a banned account over AHQ.

Yes these are the people I've been trying to email for the last 13 days is there a alternative communication method
