i have this problem in the picture i cant change my resolution in game , other games are fine ..

Why lower resolution is game stuttering? Try to lower some of the other video settings

i tryed everyting i know,  but only resolutions that work is 1280 720 and  1920 1080 , but i want to change my setting in game and i cant .... even in invidia i change reso then it said resolution not supported... idk whats happening in other games i can change resolution normaly...

Well try right click apex.exe and disable windows fullscreen optimization in the properties.. Not sure if it works but u can try
